Wow, it's been a few days. Not to worry, we had a bit of a busy weekend.
Maxie came home from college for a visit, and Jake flew in for the weekend as well. It was so nice to have some family time, and enjoy them both.
On Sunday, Sam, Melissa and the twins came to visit for the frist time since we've been home.
(It was so hard to wait to see them, but we all know how many germs toddlers in daycare can attract, and share)
It was worth the wait. We gave them their belated birthday gifts and everyone had a great time.
Today we went to the fitness center from Abington hospital. Michael had orientation for his cardio rehab program, and we learned all about the facility. Wednesday will be the first day of rehabilitative excercises, and we are both looking forward to it.
Things are going well at Insurance Innnovators. The staff is pitching in, and thanks to amazing support, everything is carrying on smoothly. We can't imagine what we would do without them.
We are so fortunate that our personal support network is so strong. The messages and donations continue to flow in and we are so thankful for all of it.
Goodnight to all. Please keep the comments coming. We check for them every night.

Hi Michael and Sherry
ReplyDeleteWe have been keeping aware of Michael's progress (thru your sister Susan) and are so pleased that Michael is progressing so well. He has always been a successful "doer" and we know he will apply himself ably to getting his health back. Know that our thoughts are with you and the family. Love, Cousin Susan and Arthur
Sherry - I am glad that Michael is doing well and please pass on my regards for continued speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I had dinner with some friends of Michael's from the business side and I gave them the blog info, etc. I am sure that you will hear from them.
